Basically in the month of February, every Chilean leaves to travel to the south of Chile. PLUS, there are fires which are making the air super smoky so there is literally NOBODY in the streets and very few people in their houses. A nightmare for any missionary.

However, why put limits on ourselves when this is literally the work of the Lord?? If anyone has the power to perform miracles, it's Him. Soooo... we fasted, prayed, worked, and BOOM blessings poured down!!!

Moroni 6:9

And their meetings were conducted by the church after the manner of the workings of the Spirit, and by the power of the Holy Ghost; for as the power of the Holy Ghost led them whether to preach, or to exhort, or to pray, or to supplicate, or to sing, even so it was done.

I literally thought my heart was going to burst with happiness when I saw all of our friends at church yesterday, singing, talking with members, laughing, and feeling God's love. It's so beautiful!! 

I love church SO MUCH!!! For the rest of my life I want to continue to invite people to church so they too can feel the spiritual nourishment and renovation. There is no better way to start the week. 

Highs:

-CLAUDIO wants to get baptized!! 

-FIREEEE references from members and other missionaries that we have been teaching this week

-I chopped my hair 

-Our friend Ricardo is still thinking about baptism but wants to serve a mission #babysteps 

-I call Ricardo "Richard" and I die laughing everytime I say it 

-Learning hymns on the guitar

-We got to go to the very north of our mission 

-Ate a lot of pure Chilean and Peruvian food this week

-MY FOOT FEELS BETTER!!

-Singing the hymn "Love One Another" with Hermana Herrera with  

-Lessons with members 

-People give me fruit in the streets for free 

Lows:

-I forget all of the highs of my week 

-My hair is so very uneven because she cut my hair with baby craft scissors #MeganSpierswouldnotapprove #CONFIDENCE
